Video Proof that Card Check Leads to Union Thuggery

This is a rare opportunity to compare what life would be like with Card Check and without it. In this case, the UAW was allowed to use Card Check to try to unionize this shop by public ballot. Workers who opposed unionization, including women, were harassed and intimidated by their own pro-union coworkers to get them to vote for unionization. Using such tactics, the union got enough votes to unionize the shop.

But when some workers appealed to the NLRB to allow a re-vote with a secret ballot, the UAW lost, and the union was decertified. Proof positive that Card Check forces unionization through intimidation. How very Soviet.
