P.S. I live in the Peoples Republik of Massachusetts. We got a "Perrier and Volvo" Republican running for Ted Kennedy's seat with a special election on 19 Jan. Dispite Scott Browns less than hardcore conservative credentials, we could elect a "41st Republican Senator". His opponent is AG Martha Coakley. She is being supported by SEIU and simular types and she is just as moonbat crazy as Teddy K. was. Lt Col Scott Brown is a good man plus has served in the Army National Guard for 30 or so years and is a solid AMERICAN PATRIOT! He needs your help, so send him some money if you can and defeat Martha Coakley. We can break the Democrat 60 in the Senate! (YES, COAKLEY CAN BE DEFEATED WITH YOU HELP EVEN IN MASSACHUSETTS...)

I picked number five for explanation: (The other points are open to reasonable debate I will concede...) See the youtube video: "Obama grants Interpol immunity as foreign 'assets' assigned to U.S. homeland" for futher reference. If you check this disinformation peice "Alex Jones" video, then you will undersdand number five. I have participated in FEMA/NICS/NIMS exercises and know how they work. The interoperabilty with international partners and allies is a well established historical fact dating back to WW2. These operations can be used for humanitarian missions, operations other than war, or the so called "man made disasters". Some natural or man made disasters refuse to obey borders. An example of international cooperation and interoprability was the involvement of the Canadian Coast Guard, etc. in the Katrina relief effort. Canadian humanitarian assistance was far from an invasion by international/foreign police or military. Another example might be amateur radio/MARS operators working with FEMA, or an NGO such as the Red Cross, or Salvation Army internationally. The mention of this here is because it dovetails nicely with the paranoia of the disenfrancized "white middle and class" which includes me I guess. Beware of being pushed into the so called "Bubba Effect". (Many rational and intelligent African Americans I worked with thought O.J. was framed by "Hollywood Jews". These otherwise rational people also suffered a type of disenfrancizement that led to irrational paranoia. Are white Americans any different under political and economic stress?) The scope of the excutive order may yet prove to be unconstitutional even if well intentioned and legitimate. I trust any democrat as far as I can throw them to protect us. The recent example of the wouldbe bomber flying into Detroit is a great illustration of this, or even Major Hasan at Fort Hood. In both cases the executive branch under the leadership of President Obama failed due to political correctness. The sooner we take back the house and senate the better from the useful idiots who are currently running it. The sooner 20I3 rolls around and we can put someone who loves America in the White House all the better. However, in the mean time I refuse to look for little green men under my bed...

Let me take your points one at a time:
No 1 Obama didn't sign Executive Order 12425 Ronald Reagan did. --- Never said Obama signed 12425. Obama signed the Amendment to 12425. That's the title of it.

No 2 Obama signed an amendment that allowed the offices to fall into the amendment they were omitted earlier? because the offices did not exist in 1983. --- Offices? Has nothing to do with it. Obama has excluded a law enforcement agency from the search of American search warrants.

No 3 The Order does not give total immunity as you state. --- Yes, it makes them outside the reach of a search warrant. See DeLuca v. the United Nations, (41 F.3d 1502 (1994))

No 4. The US participates in INTERPOL they have agents that are members of INTERPOL in other Countries. --- OK. But note that we are not signatories to the Rome treaty. We do, however, have over 80 Interpol employees working in our DOJ.

No 5 There wasn't troops from any Countries training --- I don't understand the context of this statement.

I just saw former speaker of the house newt gingrich mention this on FOX! It really peaked my interest to say the least... I did a little research. I think what is actually happening is taken out of context for some political agenda (Disinformation, Confusion, Paranoia, People who are NOT TRAINED IN CRITICAL THINKING)... Below are five comments which are true that were posted by a liberal viewer on Youtube about Interpol in the U.S. I find them to be valid observations:

EXERCISE OBJECTIVES (TWO FOLD)

Below is the stated goals of the National Level Exercise 09 from the FEMA website. The other countries involoved in NLE09 are listed here:

Countries:
NLE 09 is a White House directed, Congressionally- mandated exercise that includes the
participation of all appropriate federal department and agency senior officials, their deputies, staff and key operational elements. In addition, broad regional participation of state, tribal, local, and private sector is anticipated. This year the United States welcomes the participation of Australia, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom in NLE 09.

Goals:
Through a comprehensive evaluation process, the exercise will assess prevention and protection capabilities both nationally and regionally. Although NLE 09 is still in the planning stages, the exercise is currently designed to validate the following capabilities:

•Intelligence/Information Sharing and Dissemination
•Counter-Terrorism Investigation and Law Enforcement
•Air, Border and Maritime Security
•Critical Infrastructure Protection
•Public and Private Sector Alert/Notification and Security Advisories
•International Coordination

THESE TWO ON THEIR FACE AND IN ACTUAL IMPLEMENTATION ARE VERY GOOD LEGITIMATE GOALS. The "National Infrastructure Protection Program" was developed based on the excellent UK Home Office Model begining in 1990. The program itself was legitimate in the face of the international terrorism posed to the American Homeland due to our involvement in the first gulf war. The FBI and FEMA were very worried about attacks on national infrastructure that were very real against soft targets which would cause major damage to the U.S. economy and way of life (power, water, oil, natural gas, transportation, etc.). You people got to stop seeing boogymen where there are none. There are enough very real problems with Obama and the Democrats Progressive Collectivist Communitarian agenda without chasing ghosts and making things up. Again, I say accidental and otherwise disinformation agents can be found here and elsewhere telling you the "Sky is Falling" (I call it the "CHICKEN LITTLE EFFECT"). I asure you that the sky is not falling, I just checked it myself a little while ago... Focus on the real threat and restore America to greatness. Educate youself, friends and family about the well intentioned but very naive folly of the leftist agenda for a "BETTER WORLD". I ask that everyone here contribute, campaign and vote for candidates who love America and vote the Democrats and RINOs out of office in November 2010!
