It seems a dealership in Missouri is giving away AK-47s with the purchase of a pick-up truck. CNN sends a remote link to question the wisdom of such a move – and the dealership owner does an outstanding job of smiling while smacking her around. This guy was great, loved the way he handled those commies over at the communist news network. People have forgotten that not only is defending yourself morally acceptable, in the capitalist belief it is a -requirement- to do so. And he’s right, I’d bet that in almost every incident of a gun crime, the criminal had acquired the gun illegally. When you outlaw guns, the only folks who will have guns are the outlaws.

Actually, the Bible’s original text – in this instance in Greek – reads not to murder. A murder is the wrongful killing of another being. Killing, per se, is not forbidden. Using a gun in self defense is not murder, yet it is a killing.

That’s kinda cute. They were actually written in Ancient Hebrew – and by God, not Moses. But the earliest writings we have of them, as I have come to understand, were in Greek. These were the writings relied upon the KJV writers – for whatever reason they chose to substitute the more general concept of killing rather than murder. Just goes to show you – getting a good copy editor has been a problem for a long time.
I totally agree. I want a fighting chance. What’s the difference if the gun is semi-automatic or not? You’re dead either way. If more citizens had guns then maybe violent crimes would decrease because the criminals would be scared instead of the other way around.

Sign me up!! I dont know about you bleeding heart liberals but when the rag heads attack any place I’m near you’d better send in a shipment of body bags. You can sit back and offer them welfare and health insurance and open your doors and country to them but it’s not happening in my home!! This man knows what counts. Yes, I know he is selling cars, pick-ups, etc., but we all need wheels, right? He still believes that our country has the right to carry arms. We all know that those weapons were not for shooting deer or rabbits, or squirrel, as good as they all are, but to defend us against a government that tried to overrun us, the individual. I think it is about time we all dusted off our weapons, AK-47, or little old 410, or 22 rifle, or in my case, a really pitiful looking 16 gauge that I am having trouble finding shells for. I wish I had a good pistol, but have not the money to find one, and know the shotgun will hit what I go after, or what comes after me, with little or no fancy aiming. So, you go guy. Sell those cars, give out those vouchers, and more power to you.
