This is from Taegan Goddard’s great blog at CQ politics. Some might say Reagan wasn’t very presidential in handling the guy at this campaign event in 1980, but then again he wasn’t the president . . . until the next day.

Looks like Joe Wilson took a page from the Gipper’s playbook.
