You mean like the enthusiasm gap in 2009 that won Virginia and New Jersey? Yeah, we are all still here. And we are still enthusiastically pissed.

    If the Democrats could somehow measure the depth and resolve of the anger against them, they would be very afraid. Conservatives view America as something to be protected as a parent protects a child from mortal danger. Dems view the country as a vehicle through which they can gain power over other people. The former is primal, the latter is optional. You never want to be on the receiving end of primal rage.
