“Sensitive” muslims get case tossed

It is real easy to tire of the whiners in society – and the more I hear about Muslim groups having their feelings hurt, the more I want to vomit. On them. Just grow up, boys. Nobody really cares, OK?

The latest victory for whiner crushers comes from Texas. We’ll get to the particulars in a moment, but here’s the ka-ching! moment in the court decision:

There is simply no indication to a reasonable reader of Kaufman’s article that “those involved” meant the sponsors of the event other than ICNA or IANT, because the article did not inform the reader that there were any such other sponsors.

Get that, my Muslim friends? No “reasonable reader.” I’m not only Christian, I’m pasty white. I get just enough sun during the summer to neutralize the blue. Deal with it. I am thoroughly sick and tired of your whining. Just. Shut. Up. Nobody. Cares. OK? You want to take over an Anglo-Saxon enclave, go to England. Morons. Onward.

This dude named Joe Kaufman (never heard of him – I live a sheltered life) writes a piece for FrontPageMag.com (David Horowitz’s cyber-rag) called “Fanatic Muslim Family Day.” Here’s how the article begins:

On Sunday, October 14, 2007, Six Flags Over Texas, a Dallas-area amusement park, will be invaded by a radical Muslim organization that has physical ties with the Muslim Brotherhood and financial ties to Hamas. While most patrons of the park come for the games and rides, those involved with this group’s event, Muslim Family Day, may very well have found an original and appealing way to spread anti-Western hatred.

The Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), an umbrella organization for South Asian-oriented mosques and Islamic centers throughout the United States and Canada, has been in existence for over three decades. Those that founded it had done so in order to create an American arm for the Muslim Brotherhood of Pakistan, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI), and never has ICNA relinquished that connection. Indeed, just one year ago, ICNA was the top donor of a JI charity, the Al-Khidmat Foundation (AKF), that provided tens of thousands of dollars to the head of Hamas, Khaled Mashaal.

Apart from its working relationship with terrorists abroad, ICNA does an exceptional job of portraying itself as “mainstream.” The group runs annual functions, in a number of cities, that are presented as family entertainment. The same will be the case, next month, when members of ICNA embark on Arlington, Texas, at Six Flags Over Dallas, for their Muslim Family Day.

Seems well-researched. Clear in its message. Joe goes on to cite connections to Hamas (my personal favorite for organizations that should be summarily wiped from the face of the Earth) and AQ. Joe has a legitimate – to him – beef, and he wrote about it. Glad. Joe goes on to cite statements made on websites related to these sponsoring organizations:

On the YM site, forum Moderator Living Shaheed wrote, “I pray to Allah that I would become violent if someone stole my home, or killed by brother or sister, of denied that I existed or even had a history… Israel and America have to be made to realise that a JUST PEACE is the only solution, even if it means they realise it at the barrel of a gun!” Forum Moderator Mujahideen Ryder wrote, “Let’s go al aqsa martyrs brigade! Where u at hamas? Where my hezbuallah brothaz at? Iz all good brothers and sisters, they’ll be more yahoodi [Jewish] blood.”

A “just peace” realized at through a gun? Methinks, Shaheed, you miss the point. This is why we don’t like you. Can you grasp that? When you want a “peace” without qualifiers and an attitude, get in touch. Be happy to chat. Anyway …

So these yahoos sue Joe. Islamic Society of Arlington, Texas, Islamic Center of Irving, DFW Islamic Educational Center, INc., Dar Elsalam Islamic Center, Al Hedayah Islamic Center, Islamic Association of Tarrant County, and Muslim American Society of Dallas v. Joe Bauman. Use the link to the appellate case.

That’s a lot of pissed off Muslims, eh? Two societies and three centers! Allah Akbar! More Jew blood, eh, boys?

So Joe does what normal person would do – he filed for a Summary Judgment. A Summary Judgment is granted when the aggrieved party (Joe) looks over the lawsuit and says, “WTF? This is stupid. Even if everything he says is true, I ain’t done nothing.” The trial court, bleeding hearts as they often are, denied his SJ motion. Joe, holding fast to his “WTF?” assessment, filed an appeal. That leads us to this decision and the dismissal of the Whining Muslims lawsuit.

We learn something very interesting in the Court’s opinion. To wit:

Kaufman challenges various aspects of the trial court’s order denying his traditional summary judgment motion. Among his arguments, Kaufman contends that appellees’ defamation claims are barred as a matter of law because his article and his graphic did not “concern” them.

Hunh? Didn’t even concern them? You mean, um, Joe didn’t even MENTION the organizations that sued him? Let’s see … I read Joe’s article and see Islamic Circle of North America. Muslim Brotherhood of Pakistan, Jamaat-e-Islami. Al-Khidmat Foundation. Islamic Association of North Texas. InfoCom Corporation. Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development.

Let’s compare that to the list of plaintiffs. Islamic Society of Arlington, Texas – NOPE. Islamic Center of Irving- NOPE. DFW Islamic Educational Center, Inc. – NOPE. Dar Elsalam Islamic Center – NOPE. Al Hedayah Islamic Center – NOPE. Islamic Association of Tarrant County – NOPE. Muslim American Society of Dallas – NOPE.

Okey dokey. So, um, my Muslim friends, I even mention an organization with a Muslim name and you all sue? How utterly pathetic. Of course the court tossed your suit. But let me add this little tidbit …

Since truth is an absolute defense to defamation, isn’t it interesting that none of Joe’s allegations against specific entities as sponsors of terror or funding said terror joined the lawsuit? Hmmmm???

Time to shut your mouths, boys. Smile …
